We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days.

Within Australia:

All domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post.

Rates:

Credit Card Holders (Slim) –  Express Post: AUD $8.85

Small Bags – Express Post: AUD $14.40

Medium Bags – Express Post: AUD $18.80

Large Bags – Express Post: AUD $23.15

Extra Large Bags – Express Post: AUD $30.45

Please note:

  • There are extra delivery options to help reduce the possibility of a “lost in transit” parcel.
    • Signature on Delivery &/or
    • Insurance Cover
  • Not all postcodes are “next day delivery” – please check the Australia Post website for more up to date delivery times.
  • All items are dispatched from Hobart, Tasmania.
  • We will supply you with the Article/Tracking ID number of your parcel, you will then be able to track your purchase via the Australia Post website.
  • Once the purchase has been dispatched the delivery responsibility falls to Australia Post.
  • Any delayed deliveries or delivery issues should be taken up with Australia Post directly.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit without either of the extra delivery options purchased, we will be unable to reimburse or replace your order.

International Rates:

Credit Card Holders (Slim) –  Standard Post: AUD $25

Small Bags – Standard Post: AUD $30

Medium Bags – Standard Post: AUD $40

Large Bags – Stanard Post: AUD $50

Extra Large Bags – Standard Post: AUD $50

All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard Mail. For most countries Australia Post estimate a delivery time of 3-10 working days, however times do vary between countries and can be delayed with customs at the destination country. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the website at the time of change.

Delays with Order Processing

We will notify you if there is a delay in your order dispatch for any reason. In the unlikely case of delay in accessing stock we will notify you of appropriate delivery times.

 

Returns & Replacements

Please choose carefully. We are happy to exchange the product if for any reason you are not completely satisfied. The item must be in original, unused condition with a copy of the sales receipt. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if you require to change the product.

Any extra cost including an upgrade to your product or postage will be charged to you.
